Activism Resources

Political activism can be done in many ways and there are numerous opportunities for taking action, whether helping with voter registration, getting out the vote, or canvassing for election campaigns. This might be done in person, virtually, over the phone, or with written communication and can be a great opportunity to meet others and build community.


Depending on how much time you have and what you feel most comfortable doing, there are numerous organizations waiting for you to sign up and get involved. Whatever form of activism you take part in, you are contributing valuable and positive action, and doing something highly rewarding.

    • We are writing to Democrats in Arizona who don’t always vote or are newly registered, with a focus on rural voters and those in key Congressional districts. These voters are extremely likely to support Democrats for Congress, Ruben Gallego for Senate and the Harris/Walz ticket if we can get them to vote! Our evidence-based script provides voting info and a social pressure message. Please write and hold these postcards to mail between September 27 and October 20.

  • Activate America - Nevada Get Out The Vote!! (postcards)

    • We are writing to Democrats throughout Nevada who do not always vote or are newly registered. These voters tend to be younger and have less information on the voting process. They are very likely to support Democratic members of Congress, the re-election of Senator Rosen, and the Harris/Walz ticket if they vote! Every voter in Nevada is being sent a Vote By Mail ballot, and we are encouraging folks to fill in and return their ballots as soon as possible. The script also contains a social pressure message proven to increase voting behavior. Please write now and hold your postcard to mail starting October 1 and by October 20 at the latest.
