Split Ticket - An Overview

A brief overview of the Tuesday 11/07 State elections to which STATE FAIR has donated the most time, energy and dollars:

OHIO

Our $$ goal and postcards helped outwit the GOP attempt to deny the voters an Abortion

Support Bill on the November ballot.

There are 2 Constitutional Issues on the ballot:

1. Issue 1: “Establish a state constitutional right to free reproductive decision making, while prohibiting abortion restrictions prior to fetal viability.” This issue passed by 14 points in August and is currently marginally supported with a financial edge.

2. Issue 2: “Legal sale, purchase and possession of recreational marijuana for adults 21+” Of interest is, that while a close call, it is predicted that an increasing number of ProLife GOP will vote YES

PENNSYLVANIA

Of interest is the control of the PA Supreme Court. Here Dems ($6.8Mil) have out spent the GOP ($3.5)

VIRGINIA

The state is very much uncertain due to GOP and Gov Youngkin’s $$$.

STATE FAIR members and donors will recall the amazing testimony of HD82 candidate Kimberly Pope Adams who was outspent by her incumbent opponent mostly on Ads. However, Kimberly raised more INDEPENDENT $$, spent less on Ads and thrived on Door Knocking. All of that was made possible through the support of STATE FAIR.
